Status of HotWall:

HotWall is an experimental service currently operated by a small independent team. We are not a registered legal entity. This Privacy Policy is provided for transparency only and does not imply compliance with formal data protection frameworks (such as GDPR or CCPA).

By accessing or using HotWall services, you acknowledge and accept the terms described here. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

• -Data you provide directly, such as email, login information, payment identifiers.
• -Data collected automatically, such as IP address, user-agent, visited paths, and cookies (if applicable).

If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides a unique account identifier, your verified email address and, when available, your given and family names. We use these details to create or identify your account, authenticate you and communicate about your account. We do not receive your Google password.

The Google access token is used temporarily to retrieve your profile during sign-in; HotWall does not store it for later use. We store the Google identifier, verified email and profile names with your account, protected by our access controls. We retain them while the account or connection is needed; operational backups may be retained separately.

Google receives the information needed to authorize your sign-in. Our hosting, database, backup and email providers may process account information on our behalf to operate the service. If you use the AI agent with account-page context or include account details in a request, those details may be sent to OpenRouter and its model providers; requests require zero-data-retention endpoints and deny data collection. We do not sell Google user data or use it to train AI models. Our use and transfer of Google user data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Google in account security once another sign-in method is available. Disconnecting removes the linked Google identifier; your account email and profile remain until changed or the account is deleted. You can request account deletion in account settings or contact support. Active domains, orders or other obligations may need to be resolved first, and some records or backups may be retained for operational or legal reasons.

We use this data to:

• -Provide and improve our DDoS protection and related services.
• -Prevent abuse, attacks, or misuse of our infrastructure.
• -Communicate with users (e.g., email responses or access notifications).

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it:

• -With infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processors).
• -If required to do so by law or legal request.
• -To prevent harm or abuse.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption, restricted access, and regular system reviews. However, no system is 100% secure.

We retain your data as long as necessary for operational or legal reasons. Once no longer needed, we may delete or anonymize it.

You can request to:

• -Access your personal data.
• -Correct inaccuracies.
• -Request deletion (where applicable).
