- Ensuring that your use of HotWall complies with all applicable laws;

You agree not to use HotWall for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activities, including but not limited to distribution of malware, DDoS attacks, botnet control, or hosting of illegal content.
HotWall operates purely as an infrastructure and network-level service provider. We do not monitor, review, or control the content or behavior of users and clients.
We explicitly disclaim all responsibility and liability for:
- Content transmitted, hosted, proxied, or cached through our network;
- Legal violations, third-party harm, or damages caused by your or others’ use of HotWall;
- Any misuse or abuse of the platform by customers or their end-users.
You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your HotWall configurations, proxies, or integrations.
All content, branding, code, and trademarks on HotWall are the property of the project creators or licensors.
No materials may be copied, republished, or redistributed without prior written consent.
HotWall is provided “as is” and “as available” with no warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory.
We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, security, legality, or fitness for any purpose.
Use is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- HotWall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages;
- Total liability is strictly limited to €100 or the amount paid by you in the past 12 months (whichever is lower);
- We disclaim liability for third-party claims, regulatory consequences, or disputes arising from your use of our infrastructure.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to any part of the HotWall service at any time, with or without notice, and with or without providing a reason.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Suspected abuse, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms;
- Behavior we determine, at our sole discretion, to be disruptive, harmful, or high-risk;
- Situations where continued access may pose technical, reputational, or legal concerns for us.
We may delete your account and related data at any time, without obligation to provide advance notice or justification.
We also reserve the right to refuse refunds, block future payments, or withhold access to services or content even if no explicit rule was violated, based solely on our internal policies or risk assessments.
All decisions regarding account termination, access restrictions, and payment disputes are final and made at our sole discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
All disputes must be brought exclusively in the courts of Amsterdam.
We may update these Terms at any time.
Material changes will be posted on the website. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

By using HotWall, you acknowledge that:
